DMI will provide the following Services as part of the standard installation/implementation package:
- Remote (i.e. telephone ) assistance and, if requested by Customer, on-site assistance in the technical installation of DMI’s computer software and database product on the Designated Platform at the Designated Server Site.
- Uploading Customer’s data into the database libraries of DMI’s computer software and database product.
- Map Customer’s workstations to the server hardware specified in the Designated Platform.
- Delivery and installation of standard template for look up tables and help tables.
- Training of Designated Users on use of DMI’s computer software and database product. The training will include the following:
- Download/upload training (remote training only)
- Setup, configuration and navigation
- Denial management and appeal process training, if necessary and negotiated
- Go live support
