Periodic Updates:
From time to time DMI may issue Updates to the Licensed Product and will provide Customer with:
- One (1) complete copy of such Update
- One (1) copy of any Documentation for the Update
- Customized or special versions of DMI’s computer software and database products which are not released by DMI for general distribution will be negotiated separately between customer and DMI as outlined on purchasing agreement.
- DMI will provide Customer with updated electronic versions of the data provided by DMI, as such updated versions are released by DMI and third party suppliers. Customer will be responsible for integrating the updated versions into or with the Licensed Product.
Support and Maintenance of the Software Portion of the Licensed Product
- Support and Maintenance of the Software Portion of the Licensed Product. Upon receipt of telephone or written notice(s) from Customer, failures or errors DMI in the software portion of the Licensed Product that do not conform to applicable printed Documentation, and upon receipt of such additional information as DMI may request, DMI will act in an expeditious manner to correct defects in the current release of the software portion of the Licensed Product, as long as it has not been substantially altered by Customer.
- DMI will provide telephone-based support Services during normal business hours. Monday through Friday (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Mountain Time).
